They didn’t have the right lug nut lock key for my car, so I had to provide my own out of my vehicle. They decided to KEEP IT!!!!!! Beware of here unless you want your stuff stolen! Not to mention the techs put in the notes that they put in back into the cupholder, which they absolutely did not do. All liars and thieves here.
Do not buy your battery here at this Walmart. For some reason, the clerk take it upon himself to try to dissuade customers with valid warranties to return the batteries they will say that there are five hour waits for testing of batteries. If you don’t know any better, you would just end up buying another battery instead of waiting.. the clerk said that the machine had four batteries waiting behind it. It is inappropriate. I took the day off to get my tires replaced and in a hour of waiting they notify me that they won’t be able to do it since they don’t have a specific tool for the job. I understand if there nice and professional about it, but they had an ugly attitude rolling eyes and tilting their head back when asked if there was another Walmart that I could do the service. They told me I had to call.They even had an ugly attitude and didn’t want to even help. I’m never coming back to this Walmart never again worst experience.
I am so grateful for the best service I have experienced at a Walmart auto center. Thanks to Jesse, Mario, Luis & Jonathon. They really did great! Very helpful, polite, respectful and patient. Thank you so much guys! I give them All ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ & more!
