i had an appointment at 2:30 pm i got here like around 2:20. i checked in with the man and he assured and promised me that it would only take 30 minutes for an oil change. it is now 3:30 and my vehicle just was moved to the oil change bay so meaning its gonna take another 30 minutes which im going to be late to pick up my daughter and God knows how much longer there gonna take back there. so disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. i would definitely not recommend and regret coming here.
It’s hard enough as a woman to be treated respectfully in this world nowadays… but today I was treated horribly at this auto center. I went in to buy tires and asked to be pointed in the right direction. Three sales associates (an Asian man with long hair and two youngsters) laughed at me loudly. I have never been treated so poorly by 3 incompetent “men”. I will not be returning to such a place.
Jason and the cashier were friendly and helped me find the car batteries I needed. Thank you so much you both are awesome.
Go anywhere else. Change your own oil. This place sucks. Terrible customer service. Don’t come here.
