Don’t even bother the staff is garbage! 3 hrs waiting for tire replacements with an appointment! Balance was off causing vehicle shaking they put the wrong valve stems as well . I had the correct ones on my sensors which were metal , they removed the metal ones replaced with rubber stems without checking with me ! So the 3 hrs waiting were for nothing because I had to come back the next day to balance wheels and swap valve stems total of 5 hrs waiting !! terrible service 2 hours to tell you that they could not remove the oil filter 2 MALDITAS HOURS for nothing
Worst auto care in Houston been to several others but this location very rude unprofessional wait over 2 hours for an oil change and didn’t get it completed ..over 1 hr 20 mins per vehicle told had every excuse in the book
