Terrible service. Making an appointment means nothing. Made a 2:30 PM appointment for an oil change. I sat there for over an hour until I asked what was going on. The customer service attendant said I can go ask the mechanics. I told him no they work for you not for me, so, he went out and asked them what was the delay. Came back and told me they are shorthanded. I replied that this is terrible customer service. All it would’ve taken was a little communication to give me the choice to wait. RJ and Phillip came to our rescue right at closing time. My wife picked up a nail and had a flat tire, even though they were closing they brought it in and helped her out. Kept her and my 3 little kids from being stuck on the side of the road. Thank you RJ and Phillip!
John R. Cancelled my appointment because “Walmart doesn’t give them enough plugs?” Then left dirt wits ants on my floor mat ( that I cleaned before coming there). Had I saw the reviews I would have never waisted my time. Reaching out to upper management
I got a nail in my tire. A few minutes after I gave them my keys they called me and said it was "not repairable" - I asked to see where the nail was (several garage employees could be heard making wisecracks because I asked to see it). It was NOT on the side but in the center. The kid tried to tell me the tires were too old (they are not) and that I had to get new tires.
