I got a nail in my tire. A few minutes after I gave them my keys they called me and said it was "not repairable" - I asked to see where the nail was (several garage employees could be heard making wisecracks because I asked to see it). It was NOT on the side but in the center. The kid tried to tell me the tires were too old (they are not) and that I had to get new tires. My battery had almost completely died on me, and I called and they told me they could fix it and install and new battery the same day. They were so kind, AJ helped out my boyfriend and I and he was super kind and gave me some advice on my car!
It was my first time getting my oil changed. As a newly divorced woman, I know nothing about vehicles. My ex handled it all. Everyone was kind and patient with me and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel like an ignorant woman with them going through the choices slowly with me and answering any questions I had. What I thought would be hard and confusing was easy and smooth going. Thank you, everyone, for the kindness you've shown.
Overcharged me for an oil change, won't refund the difference. Had to go to mechanic
