La peor experiencia en un cambio de llantas compré dos nuevas pedí que las pusieran adelante y que las de adelante las pusieran atrás. Dos horas tardaron y solo pusieron las nuevas adelante no rotaron las otras. Me cobraron por todo y no lo hicieron. Cuando me di cuenta revisando les dije y me dijeron que otra hora más porque ellos no habían entendido la nota. 3 horas para poner unas llantas. No vengas aquí
Tony was so kind and went above and beyond. I got a flat tire and unfortunately they didn’t have the correct tire size. He called a tow company and a few other tire places in the area to find a tire for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Tony!
Respectful and conscientious
Had an appointment to have all 4 tires changed. The appointment was at 12pm, didn't start working on my car until 1pm, took another hour to change the tires. $120 in lost wages waiting on a bogus appointment time. Decently priced tires though. Edit: After leaving and driving 21 miles and hitting 70mph my front end started to violently shake and a tire pressure sensor fault, i went to another Walmart nearby and found out my tires were not balanced correctly ann i have 2 bent rims. I was in and out of this auto center in less than 1 hour; having 1 tire installed. Very efficient and friendly staff. I will return in the near future for additional tires!! Very pleased with the staff that helped me.
