Respectful and conscientious
Had an appointment to have all 4 tires changed. The appointment was at 12pm, didn't start working on my car until 1pm, took another hour to change the tires. $120 in lost wages waiting on a bogus appointment time. Decently priced tires though. Edit: After leaving and driving 21 miles and hitting 70mph my front end started to violently shake and a tire pressure sensor fault, i went to another Walmart nearby and found out my tires were not balanced correctly ann i have 2 bent rims. I was in and out of this auto center in less than 1 hour; having 1 tire installed. Very efficient and friendly staff. I will return in the near future for additional tires!! Very pleased with the staff that helped me.
Undoubtedly the worst service I have received from Walmart auto care, I have been waiting for about 1 hour after delivering the information of my car, so that later they arrive asking what oil my car uses and that they do not know what oil to use, the worker with a clear appearance of consuming some substance undoubtedly 0 professionalism, after asking the cashier to please try to hurry that I have been waiting for more than an hour she laughs at me and saying that nothing can be done, and laughing with the mechanic in charg... read more
