I had a 7am appointment. But the two male workers stood around giggling and playing and didn't unlock the door until well after 7:30am. They received my keys and took my car inside. Moments later, the male with dreads asked me to come to the back. He said he couldn't put air in my tire because something was wrong but that he could fix it for $30. It's not the cleanest Walmart. But, the employees I encountered were very helpful and nice. Still recommend Valparaiso, Walmart! It's clean, busy, organized.
Took 4 hours for 1 tire swap . Just putting my spare on . Steve was nice Fabian was rude I’ll be contacting corporate
Got here at 6:15PM to get a oil change I asked what time they stop doing oil changes they said they close at 7pm but told me they couldn’t do the oil change
The worst "technicians" on the planet! I took my clients car there for tires and 5 and a half hours later it had to be towed out because they messed up two of the three lug nuts on the rear wheel. Yes Walmart paid me to fix it but this should have never happened.
