Taylor is very nice
5 star for Stephanie the service manager and the mechanic( forgot to ask for his name, but worked July 18,2025 at 6pm on that shift.) For helping me with my tire replacements, cabin filter replacement, and how professional they were with everything that was going on with customer service plus getting down and dirty as technicians.
I made the mistake of thinking I could drop my car off to get an oil change like I used to be able to do. For some reason, they are unable to accommodate any flexibility. While understand i didn’t have an appointment - I get it. I was willing to drop the car off and they could get to it later on. I guess they don’t want my business anymore. I’d also like to add that I took my business to Big Express where they didn’t treat me like an imposition. You totally lost out Walmart.
