5 star for Stephanie the service manager and the mechanic( forgot to ask for his name, but worked July 18,2025 at 6pm on that shift.) For helping me with my tire replacements, cabin filter replacement, and how professional they were with everything that was going on with customer service plus getting down and dirty as technicians.
I made the mistake of thinking I could drop my car off to get an oil change like I used to be able to do. For some reason, they are unable to accommodate any flexibility. While understand i didn’t have an appointment - I get it. I was willing to drop the car off and they could get to it later on. I guess they don’t want my business anymore. Went there to get a headlight bulb replaced was told it would take an hour to hour and 30 mins since they were busy which is understandable. The issue is after an hour when I went to check back I was told they didn't make the replacement because I didnt give them my signature which they never asked me for. Then they checked again to see if they could do it and turns out they couldn't because they had to remove something else to remove the headlight to make the bulb replacement and would take too long.
