Unbelievably horrible. Went for a $70 1 year battery change, was told they have my battery and price for me, they'll text me when they're done. After 40 min of waiting, I'm notified it's done just to be asked if the battery was a 4 year at the register. I said, no I had the 1 year, so Matthew, without saying a word, walks to the back. Comes back out 5 min later saying, "I know what happened, so the 1 year wasn't fitting your vehicle properly so they installed the 2 year" then expected me to pay the difference. The manager or person in charge of the auto care department, what poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes for my tires to be delivered and I had to leave without them because the manager never arrived.
