MASSIVE Shout-Out to the Spring, TX Walmart Auto Center! Seriously, I need to give a MASSIVE shout-out to the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2901 Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring, TX 77386. They completely saved the day after a super frustrating week! I needed one tire fix because there were nails in it, and thankfully it was still covered under the Road Hazard Warranty. Easy, right? Unbelievably horrible. Went for a $70 1 year battery change, was told they have my battery and price for me, they'll text me when they're done. After 40 min of waiting, I'm notified it's done just to be asked if the battery was a 4 year at the register. I said, no I had the 1 year, so Matthew, without saying a word, walks to the back. Comes back out 5 min later saying, "I know what happened, so the 1 year wasn't fitting your vehicle properly so they installed the 2 year" then expected me to pay the difference. The manager or person in charge of the auto care department, what poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes for my tires to be delivered and I had to leave without them because the manager never arrived.
