Went for a tire change, only needed one tire. I asked that they put my old tire in my trunk. They were not busy and told me it would take 30 min to replace the one tire. No it took an hour, but the worst part is when I went to my car they put the tire in the backseat and damaged my backseat! Common sense would be you put the tire in the trunk! Instead of offering to clean it or anything they just kept apologizing. This is unacceptable.
I came for an oil change. The technicians and staffs are patient to answer questions and did the job quickly. Thanks.
