Over an hour to patch a hole being the only person in the auto repair bays because the auto techs wanna be on their phones is insane and just super disrespectful of other people’s time and a smug attitude when asking for an ETA is also unnecessary

I regret the day that I decided that I was going to buy tires at Walmart. I should’ve gone to discount tire or Costco. This place is horrible. They take forever to install your tires. Any little inconvenience. They will absolutely shut you down. I tried to check my tires because my air pressure sensor was going off and it was closing hours. I ordered tires online and waited 5 days for them to come in. They were delivered by FedEx directly to the store and signed for. My install appointment was scheduled for the following day. That next morning I received a text that the install was cancelled and I had been refunded the install fee. I called and questioned why they canceled the install. I had to cancel my service appointment today because my car sat in the service area for more than 45 minutes without anyone even touching it. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, and there were no other vehicles in the tire service bays. My vehicle simply sat there while several technicians were standing around talking. Matt has zero communication skills. Completely unprofessional and rude. Dropped the car was told one hour, came back after 90 minutes and the car was still in the same spot and was told they may start in 45 minutes.
