I ordered tires online and waited 5 days for them to come in. They were delivered by FedEx directly to the store and signed for. My install appointment was scheduled for the following day. I had to cancel my service appointment today because my car sat in the service area for more than 45 minutes without anyone even touching it. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, and there were no other vehicles in the tire service bays. My vehicle simply sat there while several technicians were standing around talking. Matt has zero communication skills. Completely unprofessional and rude. Dropped the car was told one hour, came back after 90 minutes and the car was still in the same spot and was told they may start in 45 minutes.
I had a battery that I purchased in February of 2024, with a 3 year warranty. And because of some computer error on their end, they decided to refuse the warranty on July 1st, of 2026. So thank you scamming me out of my warranty Walmart.
