I came here today to get a quote on some tires for my 2017 jeep Grand Cherokee I told the Hispanic girl that was working at the automotive department the kind of vehicle it was to get me the size tire I need and then I asked if it would show or tell her the tire size by giving the license plate number information to show and tell her the tire size for the 2017 jeep Grand Cherokee and she asked if it was serviced here before and I said no and she said that she wouldn't be able to tell me what size tire I need. I got here just after 11:15, iwas the 4th car in line (including the 2 inside the shop, i was 2nd outside) and it is currently 2:15. My car just made it into the shop a few minutes ago, and theyve spent about 5 minutes wiping the windshield and thats it. I underdstand this is a borderline geriatric retirement center, but over 3 hours for an oil change is bonkers.
Honestly a very bad experience. Told it was gonna take an hour to change 4 tires and after 3 hours of my car being on the jack they only touched one. Do not use this location they are understaffed and undertrained.
Stopped by to get oil changed before 7pm closing time and was refused. It was 6:49 when I arrived. They didn’t have any cars waiting. Team leader Austin stated , oh we have to clean up, but if your store/shop hours say until 7pm, honor that… Disappointing experience
Every time I come to this Walmart to get a oil change it take a hour or more to do that and all the workers just stand around looking like they doing something but not doing nothing just throw the whole team away they dont won’t to work because it don’t take a whole team just to work on one car at a time especially if everybody know what to do everybody should be working on different things especially if you suppose to be certified
