The Pros: Their prices on name-brand oil changes and tires are unbeatable. The service can be decent for what you pay, though it’s hit-or-miss. The Cons: Some employees have attitude problems and seem totally clueless. On the opposite extreme, others act like they're Henry Ford come back to life, acting as if they just invented the automobile.
