I cannot express or praise highly enough or give enough gratitude and appreciation to Roderick, Nick, Chris and the other gentleman in the Automotive Center. Update: Avoid at all costs! They are scammers! My online order for tires never arrived, but the long beach supercenter store marked them as picked upand charged me nearly $100. Never refunded me. Very unhappy with my experience at the auto care center. After waiting several weeks for my online tire order to arrive, I went in on my appointment date for the install. The worst walmart ever. I was traveling and my vehicle turn on the oil change light. So i try to make an appointment for the last 2 days but The system is down for auto care appt, I call the store, they said i can came walk inn, I show at 945am, no vehicles was on the oil change area. I ask if they can do my oil change due that I went walk inn like the costumer service said and the specialist said is only with appt. We'll I left the area and no cars was in the oil change area. 5pm appointment Friday June 13 2025 I would say zero Stars but that's not available. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday it was a tight fit so I showed up early. they are kind of clueless. The guy that I signed up my appointment for on tuesday had no idea at the second number was the percentage of the first number. Once one of the mechanics in the garage heard that I do all the mechanics of myself; I could actually change all the tires and everything myself as I used to change tires before, he started making excuses ... read more
