New tires put on here, and within 500 miles one of our front tires almost fell off because the lug nuts weren’t torqued down properly. Fortunately it was caught before damage was caused. Will not use this service center again.
all the guys at the auto center today were friendly and helpful. friend needed a new tire put on their van and the entire process was smooth and professional.
I had a tire pressure warning on my way to take my son to the Ohio State game for his birthday. Of course newer cars don’t have spares at all much less full size spares. This was the closest place that serviced tires. I went there thinking I’d have to let them replace the tires (I knew my tires were old and getting new ones was already on my to-do list) and my wife would have to bring us the other car from our house in Beavercreek and it’d be a big mess and we’d be late for the game.
