Upon arrival for tire install appointment set almost a week prior, tried to inform me they didn't have an appointment set for me on file. Visually noticed employee was on wrong date, mentioned that possibly cause you're looking at the incorrect date, still proceeded to tell me no appointment found. After apparently finally switching over to the correct date for appointment set on his tablet, finally found my appointment, made a gesture about how he couldn't find my car but yet it's in their parking area. Extremely rude
I’m would give no stars if possible they charged me twice for installation fee I purchased 4 tires it’s been like a half month still never received my money I called customer service and now there saying wait 48 hours for someone to contact me I want my money that is the same as stealing
It’s like pulling teeth trying to reach this place on the phone to schedule an appointment. Scheduled an appointment online that was canceled two hours prior to the appointment with them saying they are short handed and leaving at 3pm. Rescheduled the appointment online for this morning. The reason they don’t answer the phone is because they are all too busy talking to each other with little to no work being completed.
