Had a tire blowout. Michael and Parker were both so friendly, professional, and courteous. They weren't able to fix the tire because I needed a new rim, but they helped me put the spare on so I could make it back home.
Had a 7 o’clock appointment to get four new tires put on. They didn’t start working on my van until past 8. As I started driving home I heard a heat shield scrape the ground. It was not like this when I dropped it off, and they didn’t tell me it happened.
New tires put on here, and within 500 miles one of our front tires almost fell off because the lug nuts weren’t torqued down properly. Fortunately it was caught before damage was caused. Will not use this service center again.
all the guys at the auto center today were friendly and helpful. friend needed a new tire put on their van and the entire process was smooth and professional.
