I visited Walmart Auto Care on July 5 for a tire rotation. Johnny tried to sell me new front tires, claiming they were too worn. When I declined, he said they could not rotate my tires after checking with his supervisor. I went to another tire shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed my tires were in good condition and rotated them without any issues. Very disappointing experience. It felt like they were trying to sell me tires I didn’t need instead of providing the service I requested.

Donte at the front was cool. But the guy he was training, Joshua, was rude, impersonal, and did t care to take direction from the gentleman training him l, and refus d me w couple different courtesies. When I finished paying and the work was complete on my grandfathers truck that I brought in. My son was waiting outside by the truck because they said the keys were in it. I been to this place several times before but always end up with unprofessional people. Today I was served by Duane for my tire rotation. He is the only excellent person I found at this place so far. Very polite and friendly. He should become manager of this place.
