I arrived at 6:50 PM and was greeted by Duane. He could tell I was overwhelmed and asked how he could help. I told him I had just spent an hour at another Walmart and that they refused to honor the Road Hazard warranty I had on my tire. He looked and said he would be sure to work something out for me.
