I show up with an appointment EARLY in the morning and the place is under construction with no communications about that so they won’t do a tire change. I schedule another appointment as they said a week out and my tire order gets canceled when I get here for that appointment. Drove here 2 times for absolutely no reason.
The technicians are very rude and not very helpful at this location. Management should me aware of how they interact with the customers.
