Had a blowout & had soldiers to pick up at North Fort Hood & Colt & Chauncey really gave me great service & gave me some priority service getting me back on the road on a Sunday so that I was able to get soldiers out to enjoy some leave & get to their flights on time. Will be back for more tires from these guys & thanks!!
I had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Auto Center recently and wanted to give a huge shoutout to James the manager and Cowboy for their exceptional customer service! Two days after getting an oil change, My skid plate came loose on the highway and hanging because one of the techs hadn’t secured it properly. This place just lost a customer because i came in for a oil change and personally watched them move my vehicle out of the way to put other cars in front of mine then when my vehicle finally went into the bay to be worked on I continued to wait for 2 hours just for them to tell me they didnt have the oil filter and asked me to go to autozone and grab a filter for them very unprofessional if we did that at the dealerships we would be yelled at or written up we always found a way to make the customer happy even when it was bs j... read more
