Their incompetence at replacing a headlight cost me over $800 as it melted the entire assembly. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
One star is too generous. Never coming back to the Walmart Tire Center again. I scheduled an appointment in advance, thinking it would save time and be convenient. Turns out, the appointment meant absolutely nothing. I showed up early, waited patiently, and no one came to assist. Not even to acknowledge I was there. Every time I come here they never want to help anyone terrible customer service.. Guy just walked away mid conversation.. Last time for me!
I live in Choctaw; Wanted an oil change; treated rudely by man checking vehicles in; left and went to Walmart in MWC; was treated professionally.
