I had a very frustrating experience with the Walmart Auto Care Center in Choctaw. I purchased tires from them for my vehicle, and after selling me the tires, they refused to mount and balance them. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time this location has refused to mount and balance tires for my vehicle. I will not be returning to this Auto Care Center and would not recommend it to anyone who expects consistent service and professionalism.
Their incompetence at replacing a headlight cost me over $800 as it melted the entire assembly. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
One star is too generous. Never coming back to the Walmart Tire Center again. I scheduled an appointment in advance, thinking it would save time and be convenient. Turns out, the appointment meant absolutely nothing. I showed up early, waited patiently, and no one came to assist. Not even to acknowledge I was there. Every time I come here they never want to help anyone terrible customer service.. Guy just walked away mid conversation.. Last time for me!
