Muy mala experiencia con el servicio de cambio de aceite. Después de realizar el trabajo, dejaron flojo tanto el filtro de aceite como el tornillo de drenaje. Esto pudo haber provocado una fuga importante de aceite y daños graves al motor, además de representar un riesgo para mi seguridad. Un servicio básico debe realizarse con cuidado y verificando que todos los componentes queden correctamente ajustados. No recomiendo este lugar debido a esta falta de atención y profesionalismo.
manager threw me off his head by telling me that he will not replace or contact with manufacturer to get warranty approval for the tires less than 30k miles on and less than 3 years old. All driven on city roads with no off-road on the vehicle, he said it is normal wear, where tire has cracks, rips and chipping off pieces on 3 out of 4 tires. Never buying any auto parts from walmart nor any service. They employ bunch of kids, they have 1 employee understands the tires and he wasn't there at all, taking 2 hour lunch at 3pm. I... read more
The Auto Care staff are absolutely great. They’re incredibly overworked and under staffed. Sometimes work can take longer to get finished than it probably should, but that’s a staffing issue and out of their control. The folks that do show up to work are always great. The young woman and older gentleman than typically work the counter are always so friendly and helpful.

Had a 5:00 PM appointment for tire installation and showed up about 25 minutes early. When I tried to check in, I was rudely told “it’s no more than 15 minutes prior,” so I had to walk around the store and come back later. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed and waited. I eventually received a text saying work started on my vehicle at 5:20 PM.
