Wait time is always ridiculous and employees are not very friendly
MMB an appt because it is busy for a reason. Good service and prices. Paid twice a much last time for an oil change somewhere else last time.
I would give a better review but I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change on my jeep and I arrived 15 mins earlier in hopes it would go in quicker arrived at 1:15 car did not even enter the shop until 2:30 just seems like they should not accept appointments if they can’t be at least close to the time frame to start the work. Just plan on being here a while if your scheduling an appointment it because it apparently don’t matter if you have one or not I guess.
