Pretty easy to get attended! Waited in the market.
Had an appointment for an oil change. Service was excellent even though it was really busy. Took 45 minutes and the job was done right
Been on the phone waiting to see if they have a specific tire in stock. Got transferred to the auto department and waited on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up and called right back, asked if anyone was going to pick up and got transferred again to wait for another 25 minutes. Obviously I gave up. I shouldn’t have to wait that long for some random employee to look at the computer and tell me if they have a tire in stock
Tried to get 4 tires. Checked online and I could order for same day pickup. I drove to the store to buy directly. They processed my car in and I waited one hour, only to find they had 3, not four tires. I was told to call later in the day as a shipment was coming in. It took 4 calls and 20 minutes on hold for someone to answer. They checked and confirmed they had 4 tires. Got there the next morning at 7:00 AM to learn they only had 3 tires. Looking at other reviews, this place is a disaster and nothing changes.
