Today was the SECOND time i had an hour wait and had all of my oil drained before they informed me that they did not have my oil filter and could not change my oil.. no offer of a free oil change in the future or anything for wasting my time! they have low prices but the cost of going there is high!
I don’t even want to give you guys one star. Cathy was very rude to me yesterday when I tried to get tires. So I went to Mr. Tire instead. They’re much nicer to deal with.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Great deal on a set of 4 decent tires. I was pretty impressed.
I had scheduled an oil change. At the start of my appointment there was only one vehicle in the bays with two technicians working on the vehicle. The lady at the desk said my vehicle would be done in an hour. After 45 minutes I went to check on my vehicle and they had not so much as pulled it into one of the open bays. Very poorly managed. I would not recommend using them for any auto service.
