I bought tires from them 4 months ago, they barely got used, then one of them broke. I asked them to replace two because I bought them, but they refused. I barely had any wear and tear. They refused, saying it has to be four tires, which is absurd.
My experience was horrible. The employees were completely unprepared and completely uninterested in customer service. I waited over four hours for a simple tire change. During this time, I noticed that the employees spent most of their time standing around. The work was very slow! Insane
