Went to get tires and wheels put on my truck today, and Ben Morales provided the absolute best service imaginable! He is an incredible mechanic and a genuinely kind, knowledgeable person who went above and beyond to accommodate me. Walmart is so lucky to have him on the team. 10/10 would recommend asking for Ben!
I bought/paid for a tire online along with setting an appointment for installation only to get there and have them tell me they won’t put it on my vehicle. I drove an hour and a half in traffic from Massachusetts with a spare on. They ended up wheeling the tire out to me and I basically was on my own stranded with my child due to not being able to drive all the way home on the spare. Bought tires and returned after a few months because of strange wear on the rear tires. I was honest said, I just commute, don’t haul big loads, don’t do anything crazy but I didn’t rotate them. They refused to even look at my tires because they have to assume i don’t take care of them. dealt with the boss himself.
