My experience was horrible. The employees were completely unprepared and completely uninterested in customer service. I waited over four hours for a simple tire change. During this time, I noticed that the employees spent most of their time standing around. The work was very slow! Insane
What happened today at Walmart Auto Care is absurd. I bought 4 20-inch tires for my son's car. I live in Massachusetts. I went to Seabrook to install them. To my surprise, when I got to the counter, there was no one there to help me. After 10 minutes, a rude guy showed up, very unwilling to work. But that was it! So he went to do the car's checklist and look how absurd he was. He told me, "YOU CAN'T PUT THE TIRE YOU BOUGHT ON THIS CAR, BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL WHEEL SIZE IS 17 INCHES, NOT 20 INCHES." Great service!! Very happy. Joe changed my battery quickly and effectively. He deserves a raise!! I was so nervous my car was toasted. But he fixed it up! He explained everything going on and fixed it up in under an hour. Very impressed with the service here. Very grateful my car is running good again!!
