Took my car in for an oil change. When I got home, I saw they had typed in the tech comments that I had a "massive oil leak upon arrival". They changed my oil anyway and never told me about the leak. When I called to ask why they didn't alert me to the problem they said that's what the comments are for and if "you don't read them, that's on you". I talked to the department and store managers and they apologized, but refused any compensation or refund for the rudeness of their employee and the lack of communication.
I only leave reviews when I have extreme experiences. Had a tire I needed replaced a couple hours before they closed. They said they could get it done in 1.5 hours. I was out in an hour. They replaced my tire, put my spare back in its place along with the tire change tools, and were pleasant even though I came near the end of their work day while they already had a work load to get through. Amazing service. He did air for my tires at 6:55pm & I was down at 6:58
Worst customer service no manager onsite to fix problems installed the wrong item in the wrong area, then upsold me on the item and it was the wrong item again
