I changed to 1 star... My issue is trying to schedule work is a joke. Everytime time I schedule an oil change for 7:30am they have 2+ cars ahead of me. I watch some of the techs just sitting not doing anything, with cars lined up. The website needs to be updated as you can't schedule an oil change and a tire rotation on the same visit. On the website you can only schedule oil change, the battery purchase and installation, and tire purchase and installation. They tried to charge my girlfriend an extra $60 for lifetime rotation and balancing that I had already paid for. After realizing the mistake, they still acted like they couldn’t refund my money until I went up there a second time—after I had already called 1-800 Walmart. They eventually gave me the refund, but the whole situation felt pretty sketchy.
Paul was exceptional and professional. The young lady at the counter was exceptional. The rest of the staff were excellent and friendly. Great customer service
Walmart botched my tire installation. The new tire went flat and I could not make to work the next day. I was left stranded and had to walk 3 miles home. Employees barely acknowledged my difficulties. After checking my tire, the said my tire valve core was found to be loose. Asked me how it could have happened. This was only around 14 hrs after THEY installed the tire. Very bad and costly for me.
