This was an absolute joke for service. They won't tell you when your vehicle is rdy.
Went to get all 4 tires changed. Was told it would be an hour. 2 hours later I get a msg saying it's ready, yet I am still standing right here watching as it's not ready. All 4 tires are still off the car . Never again will I come here for my auto service. They didn't even pull my car in until I had been here for an hour, and it just say there will all the tires off of it with NO one touching it for more than 20 mins while the techs were just playing on their phones and chatting back and forth.
Ordered 4 tires online and installation package , upon arrival Walmart Auto Tech advised they were the wrong size tires and they could not be installed on my Van. At that point I had no use for the tires. They told me since it was an in app purchase I had to take the tires with me. I refused because I had no where to put 4 tires if they were not rolling on the van. Also why I opted to dispose of the old ones.
