Muy mala experiencia con el Auto Care Center de Walmart en 175 Outer Loop. Compré dos gomas y programé una cita para instalarlas hoy a las 5:00 PM. Recibí la confirmación de la cita, pero después Walmart canceló la instalación porque las gomas supuestamente todavía no habían llegado al taller. It gives they don't want to work stops you at the door to say appointments only
Took two hours for them to even start my OIL CHANGE. Easiest job you can do at auto care. For reference, we got here at 4pm, having plans across town at 6pm (had to cancel) Everyone in the waiting room was irritated at the poor customer service and laziness of the employees. They should just remove this entire section of walmart as a whole. So disappointing and had to cancel plans. I never would’ve thought it would take two whole hours to do a simple oil change.
Had me come out for a 7:30AM oil change appointment just to tell me they didn’t have an oil filter, and couldn’t do an oil change at all even if I came back with my own. Gonna try to avoid going to this store from now on if I can.
