Had me come out for a 7:30AM oil change appointment just to tell me they didn’t have an oil filter, and couldn’t do an oil change at all even if I came back with my own. Gonna try to avoid going to this store from now on if I can.

Me: Get there a 6pm for my tire installation Tire center employee: We can't find the tires Me: I got an email and the app says they're here Tire center employee: I know it says that but we can't find them. When I first got there the guys said they aren’t doing tires bc they came in to redo the lifts! So I went inside and the lady at the counter asked her manager and she said yes we are. Then they come in looking through a book and said they can’t do it bc I have an electric car which you knew this bc I had to put my make and model in to get the damn tires!
