Miguel is a great staff member. He took the extra step to help me today when having my tires replaced on my camper after a blow out on the highway. Miguel discovered that the tire blowout cut the brake line on my travel trailer. Could not be more pleased with him resolving this for me. I think he should be the manager!
Allowed me to schedule an appointment on a car I needed fixed, just a quick valve stem replacement before a road trip. Was told they can't get to it and if so it'd be awhile if at all. Don't allow me to schedule an appointment and then tell me that shit is invalid, without notifying before hand.
The tires I bought were discontinued after my purchase, I purchased a road hazard warranty. They are telling me that a tire is unrepairable so I have to purchase another one ( if I can find one) bring it to them, and they will refund my purchase price. I'm Very Unhappy
