This place is a hit or miss deal. I have had good experiences here and very poor, also. Today I had an appointment to have an oil change. They came out to tell me there was no one to do the work. Then asked me to set up another appointment. One of the worst Walmart Auto Care Centers around. I will not return with any of our 4 vehicles.
Horrible " mechanics " . Do not have your vehicle worked on here ever.
Needed an oil change and thought I might come here since it's close to where I work. They drained my transmission fluid and double filled my oil tank. I now need to replace the transmission. I was stressed about being 10,000 miles past due for the oil change and instead now I need to pay $10,000 to replace the transmission. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!
They ordered us the wrong tire, was mad when we didn’t have a receipt for a tire they ordered in person and didn’t give us a receipt for, then had the audacity to say it was our fault and charge us more for the other tire. The girl with the blonde pony no offense is just so lazy to help and just didn’t wanna do anything at all which can’t blame her for because her coworkers are even more clueless.
Do not come here if you value your time!!!!!
