Love this Fern Creek Walmart at 7101 Cedar Springs Blvd. My everyday go to store!
If I could give zero stars I would. I got there half an hour before my scheduled appointment and they made me sit in my car and wait half an hour before anyone came up to me. Finally somebody did and started filling out their iPad and walked away. They didn’t come back to me for another half hour and they said they wouldn’t have time to do the job that only takes 45 minutes. This was 2 hours before they closed. Don’t come here expecting them to actually get work done.
Second time messing my car air filter up. This is the second time I have had an oil change at the Fern Creek Wal Mart Auto Center and they are not putting my air filter back on right causing my check engine light to come on. They put the air filter on backwards and didn't tighten the screws up right. They where not even screwed in just sitting in the hole. If I was someone that didn't know any better this would have costed me a lot of money to get fix as the check engine code was for a MAF sensor that is roughly $100 and tha... read more
This is the worst tire center I've ever been to. Even with an appointment, they keep you waiting for three hours just to change your oil. They always complain about being short-handed, but every time I'm here, I see four or five people running around and doing nothing.
