So I had my tires I ordered online it arrived and I made an had an appointment, i came 15 min early to check in and everything seemed good. They said "there's one car in front of you, your up next", OMG!! I literally waited 2 hours, not even a joke. I noticed these guys seriously do not no how to hustle and move. They are constantly going in and out of the door for some reason. I look in the garage and it seems like most of their time there doing a lot of nothing. The manager/management is horrible.

If you want to spend hours waiting on your vehicle on a slow day, come here! Everyone moves as slow as humanly possible, even the manager. There are two men who actually do their job efficiently and with passion who I believe is Kameron and Rae. When they are not here- this place is a sh*t show. 0/10! Do better.

Don't take your car here. If you call by phone, they say they don't do appointments. If you show up without one, they will ask you if you have one. You ask for an oil change and rotation, they say it will take 5 hours. You decide to do it anyway, and come back later, and they didn't actually do the rotation. You call them out on it, they lie until you show them your tires are marked and you know. Had a leaky tire once that they couldn't fix, and had no idea why. I arrived with a nail in my tire—a situation covered under the roadside hazard warranty—I was informed that service could not be provided because I did not have an appointment. This is baffling; how does one anticipate a nail in a tire and schedule an appointment in advance?
