Don't take your car here. If you call by phone, they say they don't do appointments. If you show up without one, they will ask you if you have one. You ask for an oil change and rotation, they say it will take 5 hours. You decide to do it anyway, and come back later, and they didn't actually do the rotation. You call them out on it, they lie until you show them your tires are marked and you know. Had a leaky tire once that they couldn't fix, and had no idea why. I arrived with a nail in my tire—a situation covered under the roadside hazard warranty—I was informed that service could not be provided because I did not have an appointment. This is baffling; how does one anticipate a nail in a tire and schedule an appointment in advance? If you come here for an oil change check ur oil levels immediately after!!!!! Went and got an oil change a few weeks ago here, haven’t had any problems in the past. When going to checkout I was charged a much higher price than usual. Goes to find out they used a more expensive oil then I had requested on the app. When confronting them ab it they had a poor excuse and offered me a $20 Walmart gift card when I just wanted my money back. Jacob was absolutely amazing! He was super kind, straight forward, he worded everything in a understandable manner. Even when I was without a appointment he made sure my battery was checked and fixed along with a last minute oil change in a timely manner. He was truly amazing. 40/10 I will definitely be back again.
