Brought my car in for a tire change…2.5 hours later I see they have it on hold. They catch a bit of an attitude and say it’s not there, just for them to find out that it was there the whole time and they cancelled it because they forgot my car was there. How does that even happen?? Now for two more hours just for them to do it…
Over the past two years service has went from good to the worse.
I arrived with a nail in my tire—a situation covered under the roadside hazard warranty—I was informed that service could not be provided because I did not have an appointment. This is baffling; how does one anticipate a nail in a tire and schedule an appointment in advance? It’s unreasonable for a service marketed as a “roadside hazard warranty” to require pre-scheduled appointments, especially for urgent repairs. The issues didn’t end there.
