I arrived with a nail in my tire—a situation covered under the roadside hazard warranty—I was informed that service could not be provided because I did not have an appointment. This is baffling; how does one anticipate a nail in a tire and schedule an appointment in advance? It’s unreasonable for a service marketed as a “roadside hazard warranty” to require pre-scheduled appointments, especially for urgent repairs. The issues didn’t end there. You pay $50 for an oil change ($30 for labor as it says on the screen) and what you get is waiting for 2 hours and workers standing around doing nothing. We were second in line at 7:45 am, the first car took an hour while literally no one worked on it, leaving the hood up to appear as if they were doing something, then they take care of two other cars, get them out, then come back to yours 45 minutes later.
