took nearly three hours to change two of my tires. ridiculous amount of time considering there was only one other car getting a new tire.
Broke my skid plate and lost the screws, telling me I don’t need it anyways. Also, did not fill coolant when doing the oil change. Want your car to fall apart? This is the place.
Where do I start? They didn’t have the right oil filter for my 2017 BMW and told me to go to auto zone. So came back, they do the oil change then tell me they couldn’t put the new filter in cuz they don’t have the right socket…. Then as I’m driving home SMOKE starts coming out the hood. Whoever worked on the car did not tighten the oil cap down and my engine was COVERED IN OIL. I about had a damn heart attack. Also the bumper and hood were COVERED IN OIL fingerprints.
