Where do I start? They didn’t have the right oil filter for my 2017 BMW and told me to go to auto zone. So came back, they do the oil change then tell me they couldn’t put the new filter in cuz they don’t have the right socket…. Then as I’m driving home SMOKE starts coming out the hood. Whoever worked on the car did not tighten the oil cap down and my engine was COVERED IN OIL. I about had a damn heart attack. Also the bumper and hood were COVERED IN OIL fingerprints. The worse services I've ever had involving my car. I was told I was next. Then they said the guy just stripped the lug on the truck in front of me and had to go out and purchase on from somewhere else. Meanwhile, they had another car port to do my car but never attempted to do it. An hour and a half later pulled a car in to change it's tires. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and the gentlemen who greeted was very friendly. He informed me that they had three cars ahead of me and about 20 min each. I waited for 2 and a half hours and went to check on status and they hadn’t even stared it. They texted me 45 min earlier and said they started on it.. which was a complete lie. I told them just to forget it and to get my car out of there and he didn’t even say a word to me. Just bad service all around every time at this location!!
