Paid for a premium oil change That was supposed to include vacuuming the front of the car and cleaning the front windshield. That was never done and the technician marked his paperwork as completed. This just makes me wonder what else this technician marked that wasn't done. He also marked that all the tires were at 32 psi which also wasn't true
Estoy aquí y mi experiencia no fue la mejor, amanecimos afuera pues se nos reventó un neumatico ,cuando habrieron fuimos los primeros y la trabajadora mónica no fue para nada amable , entendemos q es por cita pero sus respuestas a las preguntas son muy cortantes , parece q no amaneció de buen ánimo, tristemente cada día se va perdiendo la amabilidad
Horrible experience. Poor management. I called to schedule the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for one hour, they informed me that they don't have the right filter. The manager was unapologetic and careless. Very unfit for the position.
Bought new tires and a installation package. Dropped vehicle off at appointment time and 15 minutes later was notified my vehicle was ready and appointment was canceled. They could not get the lug nuts loose!! I am a mechanic so I took the vehicle to my shop, using my impact wrench and removed all of the lug nuts! Went back to Walmart to try again to have the tires installed and was charged another installation fee!! Never again walmart!!
