Will never go back to the auto store 3 of the 4 employees I talked to were extremely rude. Charlie how ever was amazing! They first were irritated I showed up 2 hours early for an appointment to drop off my car. then Tried to charge me double installation because they tried to tell me I was late for my appointment. And my car was 4 hours late.
I had a wonderful experience buying 2 tires and having them installed on my Prius. Other vendors want to sell you the tires they have whether OEM or not. Cost was reasonable, scheduled on line and the 2 ladies working in the place were great too. I noticed that their oil change prices were about half of what I have been paying with others. I will be returning for my next oil change as well.
This location has horrible customer service. If this wasn’t the only Walmart in my area, I would go somewhere else. They make sure to tell you’re they’re really busy, hoping you turn around and go to another place for service. When you tell them you can drop your car off and come back they don’t look too pleased.
Will never go to this “auto” center again. Horrible customer service is being nice. Buyer beware. They don’t keep appointments and have attitudes like you are bothering them. Customer service must not be apart of training.
