Tire change
On June 7th, 2025, I had a scheduled appointment at the Walmart Auto Center at 6:00 PM to have a flat tire repaired under warranty. Upon arrival, I was told that only a manager could process warranty claims and that no manager was available. I was advised to return the following day. On June 8th, I attempted to call ahead before making the trip, but after being placed on hold for 25 minutes with no response, I decided to go in person. My tires are supposed to be under warranty here. Dropped it off this morning and they did absolutely nothing with it. Said customer canceled the repair of a flat. They informed my husband they weren’t covered under warranty due to over inflation. I have a sensor system and get them checked often at Costco so that’s not a possibility. Would highly not recommend going here for tires.
