I ordered four tires 2 weeks ago and had appointment scheduled for 3 days later when tires arrived. First appointment was canceled due to staff shortage. Then only 2 tires arrived and 2 were delayed, so second appointment was canceled and reschedule (at the earliest) almost a week later. I called auto center multiple times and all they could tell me were that the other 2 tires were delayed but expected to arrive soon. Called....and someone literally picked the phone and and hung it back up without saying a word...next 3 times I called i got no answer....so good luck getting your truck looked at....gave my money to a small local business instead
Latest review of this Auto Center: Second time recently this Auto Center let me down. Today, there is no "service writer" available, and 2 mechanics sitting here on their thumbs. Can't the department mgr run the desk instead of restocking the windshield wiper blades? Of course there's no store manager to talk to. This place used to run rings around Nine Mile and Mechanicsville. Now it's just as bad. Had a 1 pm tire change appointment for my truck. They told me it'll take 1 to 2 hours to change all 4 but they got it done in less than 30 minutes. I say that's pretty stellar work if you ask me.
Came for an auto repair. Just to change a bulb and oil change. The guy says the mechanic isn’t gonna change the bulb when it’s 5 o’clock and they get off at 6. You have a whole hour and it’s gonna take that long to change one lightbulb? Ridiculous
