Had a 1 pm tire change appointment for my truck. They told me it'll take 1 to 2 hours to change all 4 but they got it done in less than 30 minutes. I say that's pretty stellar work if you ask me.
Came for an auto repair. Just to change a bulb and oil change. The guy says the mechanic isn’t gonna change the bulb when it’s 5 o’clock and they get off at 6. You have a whole hour and it’s gonna take that long to change one lightbulb? Ridiculous
Worse service ever says they open at 7am I got there at 7 for them to tell me at 830 they not opening until 10 today but they not doing walk ins today and I only found that out because another customer me this walmart workers never told me anything until I went inside I was like so several of your employees saw me sitting there and couldn't tell me anything. These walmart employees going be at that job a long time I guess it's better for them to work there instead of a doctors office the way they communicate
I haven’t returned since my last visit. I went in for an oil change, and something wasn’t screwed on properly. I noticed an issue while driving to Gloucester, and thankfully the Walmart there was able to fix it before it caused serious damage, it had already started scraping the tire. While I appreciate the quick help at the second location, the initial mistake was concerning and could have led to a bigger problem.
Walmart is usually not the first place you think of for auto care but it is convenient and inexpensive. I needed a battery replacement for a 22 Ford. The battery is hidden deep in the back of the engine compartment covered by plastic shrouding. The two guys spent a few minutes trying to find it and then couldn't figure out how to remove the shroud. I watched for a few but then had to tell them how to remove the covering.
