Walmart is usually not the first place you think of for auto care but it is convenient and inexpensive. I needed a battery replacement for a 22 Ford. The battery is hidden deep in the back of the engine compartment covered by plastic shrouding. The two guys spent a few minutes trying to find it and then couldn't figure out how to remove the shroud. I watched for a few but then had to tell them how to remove the covering. Went in for oil change only one car there and owner was looking at tires to get size. I went in .No cars in bay. They open at 7 am. I get there 7:20 at 7:23 other guy comes in . At 7:25 worker finally shows up . I tell her I want oil change. She says I’m sorry he was here before you. ( even though he showed up to buy tires but didn’t know size ; I guess that’s my fault ) worker knows I want oil change . I hear her say there is a 7:30 oil change available. Ive been waiting 2.5 hours to get my tires change. The staff was chit chatting and not doing their work. It takes 30-60 mins to install tires…. The guys in the shop are not working, they’re lazy. My appointment was from 2-3pm. It’s not 4:28 pm.
Went there for a tire change specifically said which tire when I made my appointment and when I went to check in for my appointment, they changed the wrong tire bottom line go somewhere that’s reputable and knows what there doing awful experience will not go back there
Nightmare. Made appt. Received texts all week reminding me of appt. It snowed. Received text same day reminding me of appt. Drove through weather to make appt. Arrived. Everyone called off in auto center. No manager thought to call appts to cancel and reschedule. There were more than me in auto center lot, confused. Afterwards, no call to reschedule as courtesy.
