Christina is quite a brute! We pulled up to the tire bay as I just hit a patch of nails in the road. When I came before I pulled right up to the tire window and they pulled me into the bay. This lady was immediately aggressive and yelled “you can park in a parking space” Which I didn’t know there even was any. So I said where are the spaces? Cracked one of my rims and left my other tire leaking, telling me it was cracked before I got there, then how did I drive half an hour away,don't waste your money, go somewhere else

Very good experience.
Was not a great experience. Scheduling was easy don’t get me wrong. But communication was not great moving forward. They didn’t start till 20 min after scheduled time. And charged me for more than originally anticipated. All it was supposed to be was new tires, not additional coverages, etc. She that was never a conversation just a price that was due. The person at the register could not keep straight who’s car was who’s, even though they gave a scan code to the car owner so they could keep track of what car was who’s. They ... read more
