They only accept Walk-Ins, no reservations but if you get there early in the day it’s easy to get service done. If you take in wheels off of a car to get tires they are very accommodating. If you buy something from automotive through there and have an issue with it they will do a return that the front desk may have an issue with. I go here for almost all of my tires or tire mounting needs.
Lady that works back there is extremely rude. Not a single vehicle in the bay, I ask for an oil change to be done anytime today. The next 11 hours... She rudely goes no can't do it. No sorry no nothing. She was like pissed I walked in. I'm not going back here again.
The actual service was quick and easy, the ordering process was a nightmare, ordered 4 tires. 2 arrived on schedule and 2 came a day later, ai cancelled my service at least 3 times and it took talking to a human to remedy the issues.
