Very good experience.
Was not a great experience. Scheduling was easy don’t get me wrong. But communication was not great moving forward. They didn’t start till 20 min after scheduled time. And charged me for more than originally anticipated. All it was supposed to be was new tires, not additional coverages, etc. She that was never a conversation just a price that was due. The person at the register could not keep straight who’s car was who’s, even though they gave a scan code to the car owner so they could keep track of what car was who’s. They ... read more
They only accept Walk-Ins, no reservations but if you get there early in the day it’s easy to get service done. If you take in wheels off of a car to get tires they are very accommodating. If you buy something from automotive through there and have an issue with it they will do a return that the front desk may have an issue with. I go here for almost all of my tires or tire mounting needs.
