Booked almost a week in advance at this location as I could get an appointment sooner. They cancelled 2 hours ahead of my appointment via email.
Worest customer service
Staff isn’t friendly. Refused to swap out my front tires unless I bought a full set. My back two aren’t even a year old. Staff said that it’s illegal for them to do it however every other chain and local shop does not have an issue with this.
Always very nice but I had an appointment for an oil change but they didnt help me for an hour. Then when someone finally got to me they said the could not help me because they were closing. Did not offer to help reschedule or discount for my next appointment
DO NOT PREPAY!!!!!! You’ll prepay 400+ for tires. Go there and discuss how it’s all prepaid. Then at the end of service they charge another $400+ and THEEEEENNNNN CHARGE ANOTHER 80$ before you GO TO BED!!!!!! Screw this place, seriously, I might go back in tomorrow morning
