no one answers the phone last time i make a purchase when i got there fredrick helped me and was very nice.he deserves a raise
Technician was good he actually did was he told but cashier no want to proceed with the additional service the tire one, he said multiple time that they can’t even when the technician said he can, then they just put the tire on the rim and no installation because of a issue with the car understanding company policy, but he charge me for even tire installation and rotation when no supposed because never happened
Why would you use a clip on weight for tire install on mag rims? If you take off stick ones why wouldn't you put sticks back on? I brought it to the techs attention but he really didn't care suggested next time I request them. Total lack of knowledge or care.
Booked almost a week in advance at this location as I could get an appointment sooner. They cancelled 2 hours ahead of my appointment via email.
Worest customer service
