Woman on the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently there have been multiple complaints about her, but as of yesterday she's still working there. I had an appointment at 1 to have 4 tires put on. She told me it would take an hour. At 2:20 I checked on the progress, and was told they having even started yet, and she was mad that I expected them to be finished. It got worse from there. Would not go back if I have to deal with her.
BRENDA & CARRIE at the Front Desk were amazingly kind - they had that small town hospitality!!! Though it was our first time there - we were treated like friends they had known forever! JOSH SNOW & TIMMY in the Garage were awesome too! They were very informative - obviously very experienced by their knowledge. We live in Lexington, and we will for now on - go to the Walmart Auto Center in NICHOLASVILLE. We will make the drive.
