Do not for the love of god go here. Wasted 6-7 hours of my time when they told me it'd be 1-2 hours max. I got there as early as i could(7:30) with one other car in front of me. I wanted to swap the tires on two sets of r15 rims. Guy on the phone and said they could do it. And the desk guy very confidently told me they could do it after walking out to the car with me and taking a look. Do not for the love of god go here. Got there at about 7:30 with one other car in front of me. I wanted to swap tires on two sets of r15 rims. The desk guy told me they could do it. 4 hours and DOZENS of other cars/ customers later the tech told me they couldn't do it because of the age of the tire... If only they had told me that in the beginning. I had to get new tires bc at that point it was already up on the lift. 2 hours later it was all said and done. I went for a new set of tires; they got the job done, but I was annoyed to find that when I got in the car the sensor was indicating low tire pressure. It was well past closing, so I went home to deal with it myself. The paperwork I was given at checkout indicated that the pressure was checked and was at 38 PSI. When I checked the pressure, each tire was at 28-29. My car's recommended PSI is 35. Additionally, I had an appointment at 6pm; they didn't get started until 7pm, so I was there until a few minutes after 8pm. I don't... read more
They rescheduled my appointment twice, took them 4 hours on a scheduled appointment to replace tires, just to get a panicked call admitting that damaged the lug nuts and could not replace the tires at all. I had to get a refund. Whish I could say it was the first time I had this experienced this.
