We bought 4 tires here recently and as soon as we got them we started having suspension problems with our car. We ended up replacing a ton of suspension parts thinking it would fix it, but only ended up assuming that our tires weren't balanced properly. We took it in to Walmart today with a 1 o clock appt. Service was started finally at 2, then by 3 today we received a message stating they cancelled our appt . They said our car had two lug nuts cross threaded. 0 star. 1. Should’ve rotated and balanced my tires as part of the tire install package that I purchased when I bought the tires. 2. Asked about the TPMS censors to be replaced, they said they are fine, when the TPMS ligh is lit on the dasboard. 3. They wouldn’t replace the lightbulbs because they have to take apart something (housing I think). So NO, not recommending Walmart to anyone.
I was very disappointed that the tire center could not work me in the same day however there was a very nice employee who is going on lunch who walked me through how to plug my tire God bless that selfless employee
My fiance got a flat in the parking lot. We are Walmart plus members so a tire plugging is supposed to be free. She pulled around to the tire center to get it fixed but was told they where too busy to do it. As a plus member this is not supposed to happen. I do not recommend this auto center center at all.
I only needed one tire. My car only has a little over 20000 miles on it and I ran over something and my left front tire needed replacement. The other 3 tires were fine, but because the car has the option of 4 wheel drive, they wouldn't sell me just one tire. They wouldn't even sell me 2 tires to replace both on the front. I had to borrow $555 in order to purchase 4 tires, when I only needed one. I called back later in the day to ask them if they would mount a single tire on a spare rim and they said sure.
