Had an appointment, waited nearly an hour and they still hadn't even started on the oil change because "well, we had folks take lunch and things, so we're a little behind" per the department manager. Came back to the counter 45 min later to check progress and watched the car being pulled in. Wholly unacceptable. If you're unable to schedule for your employees to take lunch, you should not be a manager. 👎 Will not be returning to this location.

Do not for the love of god go here. Wasted 6-7 hours of my time when they told me it'd be 1-2 hours max. I got there as early as i could(7:30) with one other car in front of me. I wanted to swap the tires on two sets of r15 rims. Guy on the phone and said they could do it. And the desk guy very confidently told me they could do it after walking out to the car with me and taking a look. He said it'd be 1-2 hours max. 4 hours and DOZENS of other cars/ customers pass by, during which i ask them why my car isn't being serviced. ... read more
