Worst experience ever disrespectful staff, it seem as if Wal-Mart only hires ignorant ratchet people I’d rather pay the extra and go to a dealership
Worst service. Car care service is the worst and staff is not helpful. Made appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. Took 3 HOURS to put on my tires. Car care service area is dirty and disorganized. Staff does not know what they are doing. I will never use Walmart for car care services again.
The worst do not bring your car here rude supervisor , inexperience employees. Wheel balance and tire rotation nightmare. They swap my tires and put front on the rear and swap the lock nuts How I know cuz I have a different rim On the passenger side with different lock nuts When I ask them to correct the issue manager told me I don't know what I am talking about .I know my car very This needs to be fired They will ruin your steering my steering is off . This place was nice even though I had to wait past the time they were supposed to open. In all, they was so nice.
