Great team here; they were already short staffed and a Walmart App error led to my appointment being auto cancelled. The team were able to do their magic to get it done regardless of the complications. In an age of automation it’s hard working people who pick up the slack and are able to fix problems when the computers fail. Great job and thank you for going above and beyond!
This is the worst auto center I have ever experienced. I made an appointment by phone with the man on the phone saying yes it was at 1030 for oil change and tire rotation. I showed up at 1020 and Charlie informed me you cannot make a tire rotation appointment. I told him what I had been told on the phone and showed him the confirmation text and reminder text that said for “tire service.” It took over an hour and a half for my scheduled oil change. Wonderful experience and great customer service from start to finish. I was greeted and directed to the auto desk. Where I was greeted once again and told prices of oil changes and add-ons to help with the build up overtime. By the time I was done shopping, my car was ready. A nice employee held the door for my daughter and I as we were leaving. Great employees overall and very kind. Thank you for all of your help and kindness!
Went to get a new battery. The technician loss my car key, had other techs looking for my key. The manger was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't even apologize for inconvenience once they located the key. I definitely will not be returning here for car service.
Pulled in here two hours before closing with a flat tire. They wouldn’t even look at it. Too busy. I explained I wasn’t local and I was stranded. Didn’t matter. Walmart still wouldn’t look at it. Bought fix-a-flat to get to an AirBnb for the night until I could get tire fixed the next day by a company that cares.
