Went to this auto center to get my wheels torque checked as per instructions from the manager when I got tires put on. After setting there for over two hours ( for a 10 minute job ) I never got my truck in the shop. Very piss poor operation. PS I torque checked the wheels myself.
Had an appointment at 7 a.m. to have my tires changed before heading out of town later in the afternoon. When I arrived, Walmart refused to install my tires because they didn’t have the proper equipment to do the job. This ended up being a complete waste of time, and it even made me late for work. Thankfully, Pueblo Tires — less than a 2-minute drive away — had the right equipment, professional staff, and got my tires installed quickly. CERO Pesimo servicio. No validaron la garantía que compre con las llantas, las llantas salieron defectuosas. No habían puesto la compra en el sistema (con suerte yo tenia el recibo). Una hora y media esperando ayuda, el manejador no pudo ayudar en nada.
El tiempo de espera es muy largo tienes que ir con tiempo de sobra.
