Tire shop that sells tires and replaces tires is not prepared to take out tight lug nuts. They just threw the tires in the back seat and called it a day. Do do yourself a favor and avoid the place.

Went to this auto center to get my wheels torque checked as per instructions from the manager when I got tires put on. After setting there for over two hours ( for a 10 minute job ) I never got my truck in the shop. Very piss poor operation. PS I torque checked the wheels myself.
