I don’t appreciate when people lie and make me waste time. Time is money. People here are liars. Be honest about the time service is going to take. Appointment for oil change was at 1:30. Said it would take an hour and three hours later still not ready.
My review is exclusively for the auto department. So I called ahead to inquire on my tire warranty for being a plus member, i was told yes its free go ahead and just go to ANY walmart and theyll help you. So I was 5 minutes aways and with a nail on my tire and it marking low tire pressure they tried scheduling for 3 hours later. That department needs to do better. Shame on them. Let me schedule my tire emergency to your liking and convenience.
I was very happy with the service, the employee was very nice, explain the process to me, inexpensive and fast!
