The person who did my oil change left oil hand prints on my white truck and the leather interior of my truck. They also put three small holes/knicks in my window tint. When I brought this to their attention they cleaned the oil on the outside of my truck but did not touch the inside. When I showed them the holes in the tint the tech appoligized and said he wasn't sure that they did it but to speak with the manager and they would work it out. They suck. Purchased two tires scheduled to be mounted at this location. When I dropped my car off, guy told me they don't mount just two tires.
Great deal on tire but good luck getting in to have them changed the same day. My advice buy the tire here and take them somewhere else to have them mounted and balanced.
Horrible. Had 2 get 2 tires on 2 weeks apart. The last appointment my car was not pulled in until 50 minutes after appointment time And today it was over an hour to get pulled in. Walmart is cheap and doesn’t hire the right, or enough people. I’ve been a mechanic for 10 years and this is unacceptable 😡
They didn't have the valves and didn't even tell us they didn't install them
