Cancelled my appointment the morning of, causing a series of events that cost me more money, time, energy, blood, sweat, and tears.
I was unable to make an appointment online for tire rotation and balance, and every time I tried to call at every different time of day over the course of a week, no one ever answered. Be careful when making an appointment for tires. Its best to make the appointment online and purchase tires that way. I made an appointment at the store and the employee assured me my tires would be set aside for my appointment. I work the overnight shift and when I got out of work, I headed over to Walmart for my scheduled appointment. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes( they were busy) only to be told my tires were never set aside and I would have to reschedule. They didn't have any other tires in my size.
