I think they need extra help at the auto care counter so their mechanics aren't running back and forth. Between working on the vehicles and waiting on customers, it eats up alot of time. Other than that, my last experience was great. Whoever the gentleman was that waited on me was very polite and thorough.

I was unable to make an appointment online for tire rotation and balance, and every time I tried to call at every different time of day over the course of a week, no one ever answered. So I drove over and asked to get my tires rotated and balanced and they asked if I had an appointment… I said no, and that the website said, if you can’t make an appointment online or via phone, to walk in… He said the next appointment he had is a week from today. Be careful when making an appointment for tires. Its best to make the appointment online and purchase tires that way. I made an appointment at the store and the employee assured me my tires would be set aside for my appointment. I work the overnight shift and when I got out of work, I headed over to Walmart for my scheduled appointment. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes( they were busy) only to be told my tires were never set aside and I would have to reschedule. They didn't have any other tires in my size.
