Had an appointment, but it still took over an hour for a simple oil change. On top of that, the oil type I had selected was not available allegedly, but they went ahead and put in a different one without letting me know. I only noticed because I saw the price difference and brand name on the screen. I should've gone somewhere else for better service, faster turnaround, and for the same exact price.

I had went in to get my oil changed which I had an appointment for and the man by the name of Rick was incredibly patient and friendly! My oil was changed incredibly quick and took only about 45 mins and afterwards Rick went over everything that they had done and how everything was and was incredibly nice and understanding! couldn’t recommend this place more thank you Rick!

Long story short, I have been trying to schedule an oil change for a week. Both Monday and Tuesday I was trying to schedule online, but the online scheduling system is faulty. It kept telling me that my appointment was scheduled van sending me an email right after saying that the appointment was canceled on Wednesday I decided to call and speak to someone over the phone.
