Honestly, when I called and made the appointment there wasn’t any issues. However the morning of my appointment, I had to call at 7:40 to verify my tires came in for my appointment at 9, took 5+ minutes for someone to pick up the phone. then when they did, they immediately put me on hold for 15 minutes, then I hung up and called back and told him that i’ve been on hold for 15 minutes, just for him to stick me back on hold for 15 minutes. It took them an hour before even looking at my car that had been on the lift for over an hour. I was the only one there
Wonderful service mechanics and manager was very nice handled their business talk to me about other things concerning my car for good car maintenance I recommend Walmart auto care center for batteries oil changes and tires I appreciate it the service I receive and that's why I continue to be a customer of this Auto Care Center stay blessed amen.
