I went to Walmart’s auto service for an oil change. They told me that the oil filter cap was overtightened and that it might break if they tried to remove it, so they canceled the oil change. After that, I went to another mechanic to have the cap removed and the oil changed. However, since they also couldn’t open it, they had to break the cap. Called 5 times in total and still cant get anyone to answer so I can schedule new tires. The first call was answered around 4pm and they told me they couldnt help me if I didnt know my tire size. Which was weird as hell but okay. They told me to call back when I had that figured out. I called back 20 seconds later because it was ridiculously easy to look up online. No answer. Rang forever. Called again. No answer. Called again at 5:30. No answer. Called again at 5:40 no answer. Cool. Ill buy them somewhere else. I tried.

Auto parts, The sales worker don’t never answer the phone, and when they do pick up they hang up very unprofessional.
