It took over 90 minutes to have a battery in my truck replaced. I started at 5:30 and it is now 7:09 pm. I was the ONLY CAR there. I had to get a manager to find someone to help me. Then Yair walked back and forth between the counter and the garage multiple times. He bought a drink and a candy bar. The manager over automotive at some point went into his office. Go anywhere else but here!! I had a 1230 appointment, I waited 2.5 hours!!!! For an oil change. Everytime I said how long as I’ll just take it somewhere else was ‘you’re next’ I watched the slowest workers in mankind and 4 people just standing around chatting. I saw the guy google on his phone how to lift the hood on my jeep. If I could give minus stars I would. Never ever going back
The people working here, have the nastiest attitude ever, no greetings no customers service fundamentals, i don’t understand these people, if you hate your job, stay home and keep your nasty attitude to yourself
I made an appointment in the afternoon on a weekday. I arrived 15 minutes early, and there was no mention of the shop being backed up. I made a purchase and then waited in their waiting room. One hour after my appointment time I got up to look into the garage. My car was still in the parking space where I left it originally. The bays were all full. It seemed that there was no intention of getting to my car anytime soon. I am relieved that I did not pay in advance as another reviewer did. needless to say, I will not be back.
