I was trying to be gracious with this review because at the time of my service there were only 3 individuals working, but that's a problem. It took 3 hours to change my tire and we had an appointment at 7:30am. The prices are entirely too high for sub par service. I've gone there in the past but this recent experience has turned me off completely. Walmart, please get it together.
With a 9am appointment to change 4 tires, I thought I would be out quick being the first car in the shop. Wrong! Now into my 3rd hour watching three 'techs' slow play their way around the vehicle. I'm not sure how a business can function with no leadership, accountability or customer service. The savings on tire prices is a false economy you will surely regret taking.
It took over 90 minutes to have a battery in my truck replaced. I started at 5:30 and it is now 7:09 pm. I was the ONLY CAR there. I had to get a manager to find someone to help me. Then Yair walked back and forth between the counter and the garage multiple times. He bought a drink and a candy bar. The manager over automotive at some point went into his office. Go anywhere else but here!! I had a 1230 appointment, I waited 2.5 hours!!!! For an oil change. Everytime I said how long as I’ll just take it somewhere else was ‘you’re next’ I watched the slowest workers in mankind and 4 people just standing around chatting. I saw the guy google on his phone how to lift the hood on my jeep. If I could give minus stars I would. Never ever going back
