Horrible customer service, had a 9:30 appointment today and waited a hour and a half to get told that they don’t have the oil filters for my vehicle in stock. The bad reviews are a warning DO NOT GO HERE.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had an appointment set online and paid in advance a few days prior for 10am. I arrived at 9:50am and there was no one in the center. All other employees were lost and when I was finally able to get someone from the auto center they said that the center opens at 11am. What is the point of being able to set an appointment online earlier than 11am if that is not the opening time? It says on the door and online that they open at 7am every day. Always do a good job
Me and my family were there yesterday around 430pm for our scheduled oil change. We were there for over an hour for them to say we can change the oil but didn't have the filter and would have to reuse the old filter. I said wouldn't that mess the car up? They said they didn't know. My husband went to talk to the front desk where they said they denied they said that because a manager was now there. This experience had made us not want to return to this location.
