I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, there were three people ahead of me but no one was at the service desk to check us in. It was not until 1:45 that they finally took my keys. I did not get my car back until 4:00. After the service, my car would not turn on for about 15 minutes. The staff said it might have been because someone left my headlights on, but I do not know if that is true or not.
