This place doesn’t care at all. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and no cars were waiting in front of me. Mechanic stuff were passing near me without saying any word or at least we will be with you shortly. They were not even busy! just talking to each other and walking around doing nothing for a while! This is not the first time this happened. I was hoping that things has changed after staying away from walmart for so long, but unfortunately it still bad service!
Ordered a tire online, it meant waiting to fix my tire for 3 days while it shipped but it was a good deal. I waited. Checked in for my 4pm appointment and get the usual “we’re behind”. No surprises there. It’s tires. 2 hours and I’m finally told they can’t find the tire that was delivered to them the day before. But they are still looking. No luck by close time. Laziest center ever book an appointment couldn’t do what I asked for because they had no one there
Similar to other stories, got the run around and no install for my truck tires. Ordered tires online, they were delivered to walmart, showed up to my appointment <10 mins late and they told me I had to rebook as they were short staffed that day - even though I was within the late grace period. Rebooking date comes around (tomorrow), I call to confirm (today) and was told they don't even have the tires (fedex issue) and I was refunded. Purchased 4 new tires and scheduled to have them put on. They found the previous company that rotated my old ones stripped several lug nuts therefor they were unable to handle my order. They told me what I needed to do and held onto my new tires until I could get it corrected. They were so helpful and professional. I rescheduled and went back and had them balanced and mounted. I would absolutely refer them to anyone that wants an honest professional job done. Thank you Matt and Hershey!
