This place is a joke. Website hours said they opened at 7AM so I got there at 7 only to find out they actually open at 8. Then it took them a half hour to be ready to serve customers. Then I get to the register and the guy tells me it’s gonna be a couple hours for an oil change. Waited an hour and a half just to be told it would be a couple hours for a simple oil change. Recently had my RAM and F-150 serviced here. Both had Castrol oil changes. Everything went well, no oil leaks in the driveway, oil life meter reset and I love Walmarts tracking and real time updates when the vehicle is done.
October 17 update: After a downgrade in quality service, this auto center is on the right path again. I took in my vehicle for tire rotation and balance. Sean, team lead, provided exceptional customer service. He asked amiably what services I wanted and told me what to expect. That's how he treated all the customers.
