I scheduled an oil change a day in advance, expecting a reasonably quick service. Instead, it took an hour and a half, which made me late for work. The receptionist acted like it was my fault, and there was zero sense of urgency or professionalism. I only received a discount after asking to speak with the manager and even then, no one offered an apology for the delay or inconvenience. Overall, very disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
