Rename this " Excuses auto center". On Tuesday 1-13-26 at 12:08 I called and spoke with a male employee. I asked if an appointment was available for a simple oil change. He identified me via my phone number as well as my Ford Edge. I arrived 5 minutes early. The tech had difficulty speaking English. He stated that the wait would be about 2-3 hours.
