The front girls always have a attitude despite that I tried to go back today had a 7:30am appointment sat outside and 10 till 8 lady comes out to say they probably want open till 9 because they don’t have any techs I said well that’s crazy she drugged her shoulders mumbled under her breathe and walked out I had appointment made a week ago I will not be back to this location thanks to Belmont location they squeezed me in this morning

bad service and a certain Esfani, a Peruvian woman, a rude employee, completely out of line.
Almost 2 hours into my appointment, I learned they hadn't touched my car. It "was next in line". So, I left. This shop should not take any appointments when it is more than 30 minutes behind. However, associates in cosmetics, checkout, and grocery departments were wonderful.
