Went in for a simple oil change and later noticed oil stains on my garage floor. When I brought it up, the manager was dismissive and rude instead of taking responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

Linda, Melinda, Melida, Shanice, and Chuck were awesome! Walmart online not so much. First order only sent 3 tires and left the order missing a tire. Customer online support was no help. Thankfully for this team in-house.
My 1st appointment was supposed to be on the 3rd but it was cancelled and moved to the 4th. Not a big deal. Drop off the car at 7am on the 4th and get a call about an hour later saying we ordered the wrong tires…hmm. Go to the store to see what’s going on and turns out the wrong tires were delivered but we did order the right tires. Trying to get a refund took almost 3 hours because costumer service or the auto care center did not have any problem solving skills and I ended up having to call 1-800-Walmart for the guy on that... read more
I've been a Walmart Plus member for 2 years, and have never been turned away because of it. Went to this EMPTY auto center today, told them I needed my tire patched, they were all about it until I said "I have Walmart Plus so it's a free service." I was then told "Sorry we don't have time to fit you in today." Huh?? Three mechanics out there, no cars to work on, and you can't take a look at my tire? How funny you suddenly can't fit me in once I tell you it's a free service... Total BS. Don't waste your time as this laughable... read more
