I hope the right person sees this I was in a pinch and needed a battery replacement With other options near such as AutoZone advance auto part oreilys etc. I made the decision to take the cheaper way out. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Email was sent saying my tires we're ready. Only one tire came in. They wouldn't give me the one they had, even though I allready paid for it. Only after an hour of waiting for a manager, did they give me the one I needed to drive the car. The next day they didn't call or text tell me. I went to check and the other tire was there. Since I didn't have an appointment I waited 3 hours. I then asked, How much longer? They said I was next, they just had to get the other car off the lift. An hour late... read more

Got off work at 5 and got to the care center at 5:45. I was told by an associate that the tire center stops taking customers at 5:30, despite the fact that all I needed was a tire to be put on a rim???? Not to mention the closing time listed for this and every other walmart is 7 PM??? Lazy is what it sounds like to me. If you stop taking customers at 5:30, list that on the gd website so people dont waste their time and cant even get the service done.
