No professionalism, no communication. Horrible!
Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment at 11am to fix 2 tires. It took them 3hrs to finish. Saying their system was down and all. Ridiculous. And please replace that old man, he never focus on one customer at a time, he’s always getting side tracked. Very upset with my experience.
Very unprofessional and do not follow their own given time. Made us wait for 4 hours and told us it will take 1.5-2 hours just for a battery change!! Will not visit again for any other services..
