Customer service attendant saying my car was moved over to get my tires rotated after apparently my oil change was done, but my car was still in the oil change area. I t seems they will lie to you to save face. This was the Friday morning crew. The Saturday morning crew is better at giving you status of your car.

This prior experience is my last time getting services because my car is a newer car and i only gotten an oil change thee day i came in.Literally thee next day a part under my car was hanging and dragging. Thee bolts was missing, and when i called in i was informed that i can bring it back(which i stay to far away to bring my car back with an dragging part under it)and thee part that was hanging could get zip tied to stop it from dragging or i can go under thee car and remove thee part… so i missed work and had to use some o... read more
Make sure their close because they dont answer the phone. I called while waiting in line just to see if they would answer. The employee never even looked at the phone
