This prior experience is my last time getting services because my car is a newer car and i only gotten an oil change thee day i came in.Literally thee next day a part under my car was hanging and dragging. Make sure their close because they dont answer the phone. I called while waiting in line just to see if they would answer. The employee never even looked at the phone
MJ and Mark in auto/tire were great. Thank you for the awesome customer service. However, 10 year Tim was extremely impatient, rude, and uninformative. This was my first experience purchasing tires on my own. I called first and spoke with MJ to see if I needed an appointment and was told not necessarily but they were preferred so I made an appointment.
