I'm here on a busy Sunday morning. It's taking a bit to finish the job but I've now observed two instances of the guys here caring about what they do. That's good to see.
I would go even lower but a one star is all it lets you do I took the car in for a tire repair had a good feeling there was a screw in the tire I added on an oil change but made it very clear I was there for the tire the oil was just an add on after waiting for almost 2 hrs the brought the keys out and when I asked if there was a screw in the tire they looked at me completely confused after a 15 min cluster of them running around trying to to figure out what's going on while they lady who wrote the original ticket just compl... read more
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well in amd out in about 30-35 mins. A few days later I'm driving with my windows down amd hear a sound. Like the kind a bicycle makes when you put a card in the tire. Called and told them what I heard from the front tires, a nice guy told me I need a balance. Ok, made an appt for 10/24. Get to the appt, and find out that I have the warranty for rotation and tire. I asked why now just do both when I was here, and they said because I didn't specify I wanted both. Bu... read more
