8 o’clock didn’t have an appointment luckily got in for an oil change and a quick tire.. after that one of the managers was incredibly rude to everyone who didn’t have an appointment and said they’re not taking anymore walk-in appointments today is there two hours behind.
The manager James is super helpful! I was having issues with a warranty battery exchange and he made it as painless as possible. Definitely ask for him if you have any issues!
This use to be one of the best location to get tires! But the past 2 weeks they have dropped the ball with lack of communication and professionalism! The whole world is under staff but communication is key! Stop over booking and short on supplies then don’t want to be held accountable when customers are mad!
This is by far the most un professional place ive ever taken my vehicle to have tires put on. Wouldn't pull my car into the garage bay because he didnt luke the way my brakes felt. This car is only 2 years old nothing wrong with. Brakes I took off 2 wheels took them in and after waiting 3 hrs they still havent touched them this is on top of the 2.5 hrs from earlier when after waiting 2.5 hrs for this so called mechanic didnt like the way my brakes felt. I went an hour and 30 minutes before they closed. They noted they were short staff and I needed to make an appointment. After driving to a further Walmart (this location) I was denied. I went to valvoline instead. I had a great experience at valvoline. Very disappointed in Walmart.
