Twice refused to take wall-ins despite having ZERO cars in their bay. Once I made an appointment and came in they refused to work on my car because “my tires were too old” (brand new 6 years ago)
AVOID THIS PLACE! If you like indifferent clerks who don't understand customer service this is the place for you. And yes, management was indifferent and rude. I guess having every customer complaining about crappy customer service or poorly done work puts all the workers in a bad mood. I'll say it again: AVOID THIS PLACE
