Slow, slow, slow. One tire change took over an hour and a half. Customer service was good though.
They LOST my KEYS to my vehicle!!!! Came for a valve stem replacement! Arrived at 11:40AM…. It is now 1:20PM!!!! And they haven’t touched my car! But LOST my KEYS!!!!! Pissed is an understatement!!!!! NEVER USE them! EVER!!!!
Pulled up and sat there for 15 mins. Only two cars in the bays one for oil and one for tire service and four workers. Not one of them came up and gave me any type of update on when I could possibly get serviced or anything. I got tired of watching them walk around doing nothing so I left! Terrible customer service skills!
No service due to "problem downstairs" so i couldnt buy any tires even though they have no one in the bay working. Everyone decided to stop taking work at 330pm but they close at 7pm. Maybe its not their fault so 2 stars instead of 1, just for being vauge and short instead of explaining the issue or offering any help at all.
Nothing beats shopping for groceries and getting your oil changed at the same time
