Two weeks ago, I took my 2008 Honda Accord LX to Walmart Auto Center for a routine oil change. In and out on my oil change!
i’m not typically one to leave a bad review, but this annoyed me enough lol. i scheduled an oil change appointment for 8:30, get there at 8:25 to be told they can check me in but the mechanics won’t be here till 9. that’s fine, whatever. i walk around the store until about 9:15, my car still is sitting outside of the bay. there’s no one at the auto center. i sit in the waiting room and at about 9:45 i check and my car is STILL waiting outside the bay. i go up to the auto center checkout and the employees are just standing ar... read more
I have to stop going to Walmart tire centers. Had road hazard on tire that was 11 months old. Daughter hit a concrete block on the interstate that bent rim and put a hole in side of tire. Was told road hazard didn’t cover that. Duh, what is road hazard mean?
The only was the text notifications from the auto center was not working.
