The only was the text notifications from the auto center was not working.
Awful service. Online inventory reflects differently from actual inventory. Multiple times over the last year, I am able to make and pay for service online then I get an email saying it’s cancelled. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. I don’t understand how they are even open.
operating hours are too creative and unpredictable
I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Walmart Auto Center. Sales associate DJ was slow and unhelpful, and I was only informed of my appointment cancellations when I arrived in person. I finally had my tires installed as the only car being serviced, and after waiting for more than an hour, I then had to wait an additional hour and a half because the tires were not scanned into the system. Slow, unmotivated, unprofessional. I strongly recommend Firestone for reliable service.
I was told the one and only tech on the clock doesn’t know how to do tires LOL what does he do all day? Fill up the washer fluid and change light bulbs??? Be for real.
