If I could give zero stars I would. First when we walked in they had a gentlemen up front who didn’t know what he was doing. He was very kind- my review isn’t about him but the individuals in the back doing the work. Not sure if it’s laziness or lack of motivation or both but it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. So I made an appointment for a 3:30p oil change at 7:30aon a 2015 RAV4... I got there on time and they checked in my vehicle.. I received a text update about 10 minutes later saying that the service on my vehicle was starting.. I walked around the store for a little while and then sat down on the bench right around the corner from the automotive counter.. about an hour after my check in they called me.. Certainly not in a hurry. Almost 2.5 hours for appointment. And they use Anti Seize (against manufacturer recommendation) Bought 4 tires online. 1st they charge for tire disposal. Ok some places do. 2nd they charge some random "govt fee" $10 ea. So expect almost$80 more than wired price Install appointment should take about 1:00 hour. I timed getting groceries to give them 1:15. Got back there and watched the car set untouched with wheels leaned against it for at least :30. Finally went up to ask.
