Please consider an alternative to visiting this auto cente! The customer service is lacking so much that it should definitely affect business. There were about four people at the counter who could have sought out some solutions to the issue that I was having so that I could be on the roads safer. Poor Customer Service Experience at Walmart Auto Center – Zion, IL On Friday, October 17, 2025, I went into Walmart Auto Care Center, 4000 IL-173, Zion, IL 60099 to make an appointment for an oil change on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. So I booked here this time coz Niles Walmart was putting me in some weird weekday for oil change. I was surprised and even doubted, that even they did the oil change at all. Service was lightening fast, like real fast I think they took no more than 12-15 minutes actually working on my car. It was fast. Warranty road and hazard is. It with the price if your buying a value tire !!! Warranty only covers the tire not installation means they still get you on installation charges plus if you order online you most likely have to buy the tire and then get reimbursed for the tire charge !!!!! Warranty not worth the price and hassle !!!!!
Went in today to get a new tire and the man who started helping was great. He was super friendly and nice. Alexandra took over helping and she was amazing! I will be very happy if every time I stop in she's there. She kept me laughing at a time I was in no mood to laugh. She was very knowledgeable and she didn't try to upsell anything. She even corrected a problem that was made prior to this visit. Alexandra needs a raise and some serious praise for doing such an amazing job. 😁
