Auto Zone——Extremely disappointing experience. I was told they couldn’t do an oil change because they “don’t have the filter,” yet multiple compatible filters are available online for my vehicle. It felt like they just didn’t want to work and still expect to get paid for doing nothing. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend. Please don’t go to this garbage place. Go somewhere else. The staff at this location doesn’t want to do any work at all. Total waste of time.
Please consider an alternative to visiting this auto cente! The customer service is lacking so much that it should definitely affect business. There were about four people at the counter who could have sought out some solutions to the issue that I was having so that I could be on the roads safer. Absolutely none of them even looked they just stood there staring at me. To me this says that these are not real mechanics working here with real information or working knowledge of cars. Poor Customer Service Experience at Walmart Auto Center – Zion, IL On Friday, October 17, 2025, I went into Walmart Auto Care Center, 4000 IL-173, Zion, IL 60099 to make an appointment for an oil change on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500.
