The reason it took so long to get just two new tires on is that one person working the whole shop.!
I have had so many car troubles recently that when I brought in my flat tire to get it fixed I wasn't surprised that they said the car wouldn't start. Thank God for Red!!! He helped me get a battery and install it plus check to make sure it worked. As a mom with 2 restless kids at walmart (who has now had almost two cars broken down in a few months), Red's kindness really meant a lot. My car guardian angel also the patients he had with me when answering all my questions, was god tier!
Wish I knew this before I wasted my money on tire rotation that you will never ever get help from anyone. I'm a older guy I've seen better managers and better workers then this circus they got now. Last week went to get my tire rotation and nobody inside by the counter, go outside and guy tells me thier backed up come back tomorrow. Came in to buy 2 specific tires & was told their computer says they don’t have them in the store & i’d have to order them online to get them. No big deal. I went online & it said they’d be ready for pickup in 3 hrs. 3 hrs later I show up & I spoke to the same employee from earlier and she was just as confused as me, when i showed her the order confirmation.
