Wish I knew this before I wasted my money on tire rotation that you will never ever get help from anyone. I'm a older guy I've seen better managers and better workers then this circus they got now. Last week went to get my tire rotation and nobody inside by the counter, go outside and guy tells me thier backed up come back tomorrow. Came in to buy 2 specific tires & was told their computer says they don’t have them in the store & i’d have to order them online to get them. No big deal. I went online & it said they’d be ready for pickup in 3 hrs. 3 hrs later I show up & I spoke to the same employee from earlier and she was just as confused as me, when i showed her the order confirmation. They were prompt, professional, with customer service.
Excellent prices on tires,but it may take a while for your car to be ready. You can also purchase the lifetime balance and rotation and lifetime road hazard warranty; you would have to check prices on this. Thank you.
We really enjoyed Mr George! He was communicative, hospitable, and made sure we got checked out is a timely manor.
